Copper Grill Private Room

Our Private Copper Grill Room will accommodate up to 75 guests for a seated dinner or 100 guests for a standing cocktail reception. We can also divide the room into a small space for your more intimate dinner meetings or family gatherings.

Bar Fees

There is an additional $50 bar set-up fee if you would like to add a hosted or cash bar for your event.

Bar Options

  • Full, hosted bar — host pays for all liquor, beer and wine.
  • Hosted beer & wine — host pays for all beer and wine.
  • Cash Bar — Guests pay for all liquor, beer and wine.  Can be limited to beer and wine at hosts request.


A $200 deposit for DINNER and a $100 deposit for LUNCH is required to finalize the reservation. This deposit will apply to the final invoice of the event. We require a 30 day notice to cancel your reservation with refund of your deposit. Without a 30 day notice the deposit becomes non-refundable.

Separate Checks

Unfortunately, we are unable provide separate checks in the private room. We will present one invoice at the conclusion of the event.


Minimum per person starts at $24.95, plus tax and gratuity (20%). The minimum applies to both dinner and appetizer receptions. Minimum starts at $16.95, plus tax and gratuity (20%) for lunch appetizer receptions only.

Menu Options

For groups of 20 or less, the group may order directly from our main restaurant menu, choose a set menu or a limited menu.

For groups of 20-25, your group may select a three course limited menu of a set salad, 3-4 entrée selections, and set dessert or choose a set plated menu for everyone. These items will come from the full dinner or lunch menu. We will need to know pre-counts in advance for larger groups.

For groups 25 and over, your group may choose from a buffet option or a set plated menu.

Fine Print

Copper Grill will need to know final menu selections one week prior to the event, along with a final guest count. The cutoff for the final headcount is 72 hours. This is the headcount you are obligated to for the minimum food and beverage charges. *We will begin preparations for your food within 72 hours and this will be the final charged amount. (The final number is what we prep for on food and what is charged for.)

No outside food is allowed to be brought in. Copper Grill can create the majority of any food item you desire. Just please let us know what you have in mind. The only exception for outside food is a Cake or Cupcakes for a special occasion. If outside food is brought in without our knowledge, a fee may be applied to your final bill.

We do provide black table linens, black linen napkins, and votive candles and mirrors at no additional cost. If you desire a different color for the linens, we will need to know two weeks prior to your event and there will be an additional fee for the linens.

You are allowed to decorate the room with the exception of confetti. If you would like to decorate before your event please let us know ahead of time so we can make sure the room is not occupied and set up your tables.

We do provide a 47” flat screen TV and sound system for presentations. Laptop and HDMI cord are required. Any other AV equipment needed will either need to be provided by the customer or rented from a third party. (We do have reliable contacts for rental of AV).

Deposits made for parties in the month of December are non-refundable.
